How syncing works
Connectors sync on a schedule and after each payroll run. Payflo treats the source system as authoritative for the records it owns — employee records from your HRIS, hours from your time system.
Conflicts surface as a review item rather than being silently resolved, so a bad sync cannot quietly change someone's pay.
Building your own
Anything a connector does is available over the REST API. Subscribe to webhooks for payroll and filing events rather than polling.
